The cluster is a dynamic initiative whose mission is to provide modern support for the development of the vocational education system in Poland, with a particular focus on the needs of the regional labor market.
Our activities respond to changing economic and educational challenges through strategic cooperation between schools and employers. It creates an extensive network of partners working for education, which is a platform for the exchange of experiences, best practices, and innovative solutions. Our goal is to provide entrepreneurs with access to qualified specialists and students with opportunities to develop skills sought after on the labor market.
The task of the education cluster is to support students of vocational and technical schools in acquiring practical skills during internships, apprenticeships, and workshops conducted directly in regional companies. Thanks to this cooperation, patronage classes are created, and students have the opportunity to participate in study visits, open days at companies, and industry conferences. All this allows them to exchange experiences and learn about the latest trends in technology and the economy.
The KSSEMP educational cluster is also an active promoter of vocational education and innovative educational projects, which co-creates the strategy for the development of education in the region. The cluster’s partners have a real impact on its activities – they can submit their own ideas and get involved in working groups that create innovative solutions and educational initiatives.
