announces an INVITATION TO WRITTEN OFFER TENDER
The tender is opened to the natural persons, legal persons, foreigners on the terms settled in the act dated on the 24th March 1920 regarding purchase of the real estate by foreigners (consolidated text Journal of Laws No. 167 , item 1758 with further amendments)
The estate to be tendered comprises of the ownership rights to the 120 463 m2 landed property (not developed), located in Kamienna Góra, dolnosląskie voivodship, 01 Kamienna Góra District, comprises of plot No. 50/1, covered by the Land and Mortgage Register KW 16844. The Special Economic Zone for Medium Business Inc is the owner of the estate. The Property is located in the north-west part of the town of Kamienna Góra. The plot has access to the technical infrastructure. According to the local spatial development plan, the property is located in the area designated for production facilities.
The rights to the property are unencumbered and free of any rights and obligations in favour of any third parties.
The calling price for the Property has been set at 990.000,00 PLN. This is a net price. The VAT should be added to the price achieved during the tender procedure -according to the binding law.
The “Specification of the essential conditions of the tender” gives detailed condition and rules concerning the tender procedure.(Specification).
The Specification can be obtained in the seat of the Special Economic Zone every weekday from 8:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. after presenting the receipt of the amount of 10.000,00 PLN net plus 22% VAT (in words: ten thousand zlotys net) being paid into the account of SSEMP S.A. conducted in the Bank Zachodni WBK S.A., account no. 02 1090 1942 0000 0005 1800 9564.
The written offers should be submitted in closed envelope at the seat of the Special Economic Zone for Medium Business (the secretary’s office) in Kamienna Góra, ul. Papieża Jana II 11A, until the 18.12.2009, till 3:00 p.m. The offers will be opened by the committee in the seat of the Kamienna Gora on 21.12.2009 at 12:00 a.m.

The participation in the tender is conditional on payment of the deposit. The pecuniary value of the deposit amounts to 10 % of the net calling price i.e. 99.000,00 PLN, paid to the bank account mentioned above. In case of the winning, entrepreneur refrains from entering into a sake purchase agreement, the deposit shall not be returned. The details of the form, the term of the deposit payment as well as the circumstances of its forfeit are defined within the Specification.
The Special Economic Zone for Medium Business Inc. (SSEMP S.A.) may invalidate the tender in the event of a material change of circumstances resulting in that the continuation of the tender procedure is not in the SSEMP S.A interest, which could not have been predicted earlier. The Special Economic Zone for Medium Business Inc. will inform all offerors at the same time, in writing, about invalidation of the procedure, giving the factual and legal reasons therefore.
