announces an INVITATION TO WRITTEN OFFER TENDER
The tender is opened to the natural persons, legal persons, foreigners on the terms settled in the act dated on the 24th March 1920 regarding purchase of the real estate by foreigners (consolidated text Journal of Laws No. 167 , item 1758 with further amendments)
The estate to be tendered includes a right of permanent user of estate of the total surface area of 2500 m2, located in Lubań, dolnosląskie voivodship, 4 Lubań District, in the sub-zone Lubań of Kamienna Góra Special Economic Zone, comprises of plot No. 2/46, created as a result of division of the plot No.2/30 map sheet 9, district 4 (dividing decision issued on 17.02.2009), covered by the Land and Mortgage Register KW 25852 . The Special Economic Zone for Medium Business Inc is a permanent user of the estate till 05.12.2089. The plot is undeveloped and it has good road access. The Property is located in the area in the past used for repair and maintenance of steam locomotives. According to the special plan, the area has been designated with symbol 1 AG- the area of economic activity.
The calling price for the Property (permanent user of the Property) has been set at 75.000,00 PLN. This is a net price. The VAT should be added to the price achieved during the tender procedure -according to the binding law. The “Specification of the essential conditions of the tender” gives detailed condition and rules concerning the tender procedure.(Specification) The participation in the tender is conditional on the purchase of the Specification and payment of the deposit.The Specification can be obtained in the seat of the Special Economic Zone every weekday from 8:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. after presenting the receipt of the amount of 10.000,00 PLN net plus 22% VAT (in words: ten thousand zlotys net) being paid into the account of SSEMP S.A. conducted in the Bank Zachodni WBK S.A , account no. 02 1090 1942 0000 0005 1800 9564. The pecuniary value of the deposit amounts to 10 % of the net calling price i.e. 7.500,00 PLN, paid to the bank account mentioned above. In case of the winning, entrepreneur refrains from entering into a sake purchase agreement, the deposit shall not be returned. The details of the form, the term of the deposit payment as well as the circumstances of its forfeit are defined within the Specification.
The written offers should be submitted in closed envelope at the seat of the Special Economic Zone for Medium Business (the secretary’s office) in Kamienna Góra, ul. Papieża Jana II 11 A, until the 04.12.2009, till 3:00 p.m. The offers will be opened by the committee in the seat of the Kamienna Gora on 7.12.2009 at 10:30 a.m. Information about the tender and the Specification are issued at the seat of the Special Economic Zone for Medium Business in Kamienna Góra or under the following phone number +48 75 645 15 03
The Special Economic Zone for Medium Business Inc. (SSEMP S.A.) may invalidate the tender in the event of a material change of circumstances resulting in that the continuation of the tender procedure is not in the SSEMP S.A interest, which could not have been predicted earlier or/and when the tender procedure has a defect which makes it impossible to issue the permission. The Special Economic Zone for Medium Business Inc. will inform all offerers at the same time, in writing, about invalidation of the procedure, giving the factual and legal reasons therefore.
